Standard Shipping (3-5 working days) is a flat rate $15.00 for small items weighing less than a pound and are less than 10” in any dimension. This includes mugs, small vases, salt frogs, owls, for example. You will be charged for costs over the flat rate for large items.
Returns
I hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item.
Returns can be made up to one year after receipt of the item. You may return your item after notifying me (contact me) to the address below:

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach me, so I suggest using a tracked/signed delivery method.
If you return an item to me that is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is my fault, I will also pay you the cost of the return postage.
Please note goods that are personalized or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable unless faulty.
Issues
If an order is returned to me because of an incorrect or incomplete address then there would be a second shipping fee to send it out again, unless the address error was my mistake. If you’d prefer a refund then the refund would be for the order value minus actual shipping costs.
